Borussia Dortmund player ratings: Late Youssoufa Moukoko winner sinks Hertha Berlin
By Tushar Bahl
Marius Wolf (5/10)
Wolf delivered another spirited performance at right wing-back. He made some good forward runs in the first half. But the majority of his crosses weren’t accurate enough. He wasn’t really involved in the attacking play after the break.
Axel Witsel (6/10)
Witsel put in a composed and confident shift in midfield. He set the tone for Dortmund with his forward passes, and also made some important recoveries defensively. His calming presence in midfield will no doubt be missed at Borussia Dortmund next season.
Jude Bellingham (7/10)
Bellingham made the difference once again for Borussia Dortmund as he played a gorgeous pass to set up Youssoufa Moukoko’s winner. The England international found it hard to get going early on due to Hertha’s disciplined defending, but he still managed to cause them problems with his world class quality.
Raphael Guerreiro (6/10)
Guerreiro was much more involved in Borussia Dortmund’s attacking play than in recent weeks. The things he tried did not always come off, but he linked up well with Bynoe-Gittens in the second half.
