Highly rated striker Bradley Fink has decided to leave Borussia Dortmund and join FC Basel on a four year contract.

FC Basel have completed the signing of Bradley Fink, with the 19 year old putting pen to paper on a four year contract with the option to extend for a further year. Borussia Dortmund will receive a transfer fee in the region of 800,000 euros for the talented striker.

Fink will get the opportunity to play first-team football at FC Basel, who are coached by former Borussia Dortmund striker Alexander Frei. The Switzerland U-20s international is coming off an impressive season with the BVB U-19s that saw him score 35 goals in just 31 appearances across all competitions. He helped the BVB U-19s win the U-19s Bundesliga title and make an impressive run in the UEFA Youth League.

The original plan was for Bradley Fink to develop further this season by playing for the Borussia Dortmund U-23s in the 3. Liga. And he opened his account for the season last weekend by scoring the winner against Rot-Weiss Essen.

But now he has decided to join Swiss Super League side FC Basel in search of first-team football. In a statement, the Black and Yellows said that they will be keeping a close eye on how Fink fares for his new club in the coming years.
