Marius Wolf (5/10)

Wolf had a tough time defensively, with Hertha often looking to attack from his flank. He was involved in the winning goal, but did not get too many chances to venture forward other than that. He was replaced by Thomas Meunier in the second half.

Mats Hummels (6.5/10)

Hummels delivered another solid performance in defence and helped make sure that Hertha weren’t able to score. He also came close to scoring with a header in the second half.

Nico Schlotterbeck (7/10)

Schlotterbeck put in yet another strong defensive display and set the tone for the team with a number of vital interceptions and tackles. His last ditch challenge in the second half prevented a clear-cut chance for Hertha.

Raphael Guerreiro (6/10)

Guerreiro struggled at times defensively, with Lukebakio causing him problems early in the game. He was heavily involved in Borussia Dortmund’s attacking play, and had some very neat touches in and around the Hertha box.
