Borussia Dortmund reportedly intend to offer Jude Bellingham a contract extension with improved terms, as they look to convince him to stay at the club beyond the end of the season.

Jude Bellingham’s incredible performances for Borussia Dortmund have seen him attract the interest of some of Europe’s biggest clubs. The likes of Liverpool, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Manchester City, and Manchester United all have strong interest in signing the midfielder. And the Athletic claim that BVB’s resolve to keep him at the club is set to be tested next summer.

But the report adds that Borussia Dortmund are determined to extend Bellingham’s stay at the club. They are set to offer him a contract extension with improved terms. But if the England international pushes for a move, the BVB bosses will demand a transfer fee of around 150 million euros. Bellingham still has three years left on his current contract with the Black and Yellows.

Jude Bellingham recently said that he is very happy at Borussia Dortmund, adding that he is grateful to the club for giving him a platform to shine.

The 19 year old has enjoyed a stunning rise since swapping hometown club Birmingham City for Dortmund in 2020. He has established himself as one of the best young midfielders in the world, and is now also the third captain at Borussia Dortmund.
