Niklas Süle (6/10)

Süle had the free rein to drive forward down the right wing in the first half. But he was penned in after the break. He defended relatively well for the most part, but also made a couple of errors which could have been costly.

Mats Hummels (7/10)

Hummels looked alert right from the off and made a crucial intervention to stop a dangerous Eintracht Frankfurt attack in the 4th minute and again in the 13th minute. He also won the majority of his duels and hardly put a foot wrong over the 90 minutes.

Nico Schlotterbeck (4.5/10)

Schlotterbeck may have made a goal-line clearance, but he also had a very difficult time against Eintracht Frankfurt and made several sloppy mistakes. He was second best in a number of duels and was lucky his lapses in concentration did not prove to be costly.

Thorgan Hazard (5/10)

Hazard looked to venture forward at every opportunity he got, and that left a lot of space for Eintracht Frankfurt to counter-attack. He had a very difficult time against Junior Dina Ebimbe in the second half.
