Niklas Süle (6/10)

Süle was asked to play at right-back once again and he did his job fairly well. He did not venture forward too much, but had everything under control defensively.

Mats Hummels (6/10)

Hummels delivered another solid performance in defence and led the team really well. He did let Jordi Osei-Tutu escape his clutches once early in the second half. But other than that, he kept things very tight.

Nico Schlotterbeck (6/10)

Schlotterbeck made a couple of intelligent forward runs and also played some smart long passes, including the one that led to Borussia Dortmund’s third goal late in the first half. Although he was caught being a bit too casual defensively on a couple of occasions.

Raphael Guerreiro (6/10)

Guerreiro made his return from injury and wasn’t given much of a test defensively. He will feel that he should have done more going forward. But he did not do much wrong on either end of the pitch.
