Jude Bellingham’s contract with Borussia Dortmund does not contain a release clause, amid reports in England claiming that he could be available for a fee of 60 million euros in the summer.

Jude Bellingham’s standout performances for both club and country have seen him attract the interest of some of the biggest clubs in Europe. The likes of Liverpool, Manchester City, and Real Madrid are all said to be in the hunt for the 19 year old’s signature. But according to WAZ, Borussia Dortmund have not yet received any serious enquires for Bellingham.

It has also been reported in England in recent days that there is a ‘secret release clause’ in Bellingham’s contract with Borussia Dortmund that could see him leave the club for just 60 million euros in the summer. However, WAZ have denied those claims and have confirmed that there is no release clause in the England international’s contract.

Borussia Dortmund are set to hold talks with Jude Bellingham’s entourage in the coming weeks with the hope of finding a clear answer on the midfielder’s future plans.

The BVB bosses are hoping to avoid a similar situation to last year, when they were kept in the dark about Erling Haaland’s plans for several months as speculation continued to drag on and on.
