Marius Wolf (7/10)

Wolf put in a hard working shift for his side and managed to keep Mykhailo Mudryk quiet for much of the game. He did have a couple of moments defensively in the first half where he was shaky and got a bit lucky. But he gave his all for the team and in the end managed to do enough to help keep Chelsea at bay.

Niklas Süle (7/10)

Süle helped set the tone defensively and made a number of crucial clearances for his side. He was alert on all occasions and also won the majority of his duels. The German international also completed most of his passes and played some intelligent long balls.

Nico Schlotterbeck (7/10)

Schlotterbeck started the game with great tenacity and made a number of crucial challenges early on. He also kept Kai Havertz quiet for the most part.

Raphael Guerreiro (6/10)

Guerreiro put in a much improved defensive shift but also had a few sloppy giveaways, especially in the first half. He got better as the game went on and technically also helped set up the winning goal with his clearance. Make that five assists in three games for the Portuguese international.
