Borussia Dortmund managed to see off the challenge of Hertha Berlin, as goals from Karim Adeyemi, Donyell Malen, Marco Reus, and Julian Brandt led them to a 4-1 win.

Borussia Dortmund moved up to second place in the Bundesliga standings after earning a 4-1 win against a battling Hertha Berlin side. Marco Reus spearheaded the win for his side, as he scored one and helped set up two of the other three goals.

Karim Adeyemi also impressed before suffering an injury as the Black and Yellows made it eight wins in a row in all competitions.

It wasn’t the best of performances from Borussia Dortmund. They gifted Hertha Berlin a host of decent chances. But BVB’s attacking quality managed to shine through in the end, as they went level on points with Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga standings.

Here are our player ratings for the Borussia Dortmund players from their 4-1 win over Hertha Berlin.

Gregor Kobel (7/10)

Kobel was tested on a few occasions in the first half but stood up to the task to ensure that Borussia Dortmund did not go behind. He did not stand a chance with Lucas Tousart’s goal.
