Mahmoud Dahoud (7/10)

Dahoud made his return to the starting XI and showed Borussia Dortmund what they were missing by delivering a strong performance in defensive midfield. The 27 year old played with great energy and recovered the ball for his side on a number of occasions. He also set the tone by distributing the ball really well and hit the crossbar before BVB’s fifth goal.

Jude Bellingham (7/10)

Bellingham looked a lot more comfortable than he has in recent weeks. He played a key role in two of Borussia Dortmund’s four goals in the first half, and helped make things happen in midfield all game long. He was a bit unlucky not to end the game with a goal or an assist. But the performance will still give him a lot of confidence.

Raphael Guerreiro (9/10)

Guerreiro showed once again that he is ready to play a crucial role for Borussia Dortmund in the title race by delivering an excellent performance in the middle of the park. The Portuguese international opened the scoring before setting up two more goals, as he put in another strong claim for a contract extension with BVB.
