Donyell Malen (9/10)

Donyell Malen’s purple patch continued as he scored a crucial brace for Borussia Dortmund. The Netherlands international played with great confidence and the Eintracht Frankfurt defenders often struggled to cope with his incisiveness and intensity in front of goal.

Karim Adeyemi (8/10)

Adeyemi caused the Eintracht Frankfurt defenders all sorts of problems and ended up assisting two of Borussia Dortmund’s four goals. His second half dive aside, the Germany international wreaked havoc in and around the final third with his electric pace and excellent close control.

Sebastien Haller (7/10)

Haller may not have gotten on the scoresheet, but he still managed to make his presence felt with his intelligent link-up play. The Ivory Coast international also held the ball really well and helped make Borussia Dortmund’s second goal happen.

Niklas Süle (6/10)

Niklas Süle came on to replace the injured Nico Schlotterbeck in the first half. He struggled a bit initially but managed to regain his composure in the second half.
