Borussia Dortmund were at their ruthless best as they handed Wolfsburg a 6-0 defeat to stay on Bayern Munich’s heels in the Bundesliga title race.
Borussia Dortmund showed that they are not ready to give up on their Bundesliga title dream just yet on Sunday as they cruised to a thumping 6-0 win over Wolfsburg. The Black and Yellows delivered one of their best all-round performances of the season to move to within one point of Bayern Munich, with three games left to play in the Bundesliga this season.
Karim Adeyemi and Jude Bellingham both scored two goals each to lead Borussia Dortmund’s charge. Sebastien Haller and Donyell Malen were also on target for Edin Terzic’s side.

The scoreline may suggest otherwise but Wolfsburg had their fair share of chances in the first half. Had it not been for some outstanding goalkeeping from Gregor Kobel, it could have been a very different game. The Swiss shot-stopper made a spectacular one on one save to deny Patrick Wimmer in the first half.
