Emre Can (7/10)

Can did really well to keep his calm and composure when things were starting to escalate early in the second half. He showed great maturity while being on a yellow card, which is something you don’t always see from him. He also hit the post with a well taken effort from the edge of the box, and made a number of key recoveries for his side.

Raphael Guerreiro (7/10)

Guerreiro’s clever passes in midfield were the source of some of Borussia Dortmund’s best attacking play in the first half. He set up a number of chances for his teammates, and was unlucky not to end the game with an assist.

Julian Brandt (7/10)

Brandt looked lively from the outset and was heavily involved in BVB’s attacking play, even though he was wasteful and made some frustrating decisions in the first half. The Germany international was crucial in the build-up to Haller’s second goal, and then found the back of the net late on to make it 3-0.
