The full fixture list for the 2023/24 Bundesliga season has been released, and Borussia Dortmund will begin their bid to win the Meisterschale with a home game against FC Köln. The Black and Yellows‘ clash against the Billy Goats will be played on August 19/20. Defending Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich will begin their campaign away to Werder Bremen.
Borussia Dortmund will then head to VfL Bochum on matchday two for what should be a cracking Ruhr Derby. Edin Terzic’s side were held to a 1-1 draw in this fixture last season, which thwarted their hopes of winning the Bundesliga title.

Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich will face off in the first Der Klassiker of the 2023/24 season at the Signal Iduna Park on matchday ten (November 3/5). The reverse fixture at the Allianz Arena is scheduled to take place on matchday 27 (March 30/31, 2024).
The final game of 2023 will see Borussia Dortmund take on Mainz 05 at home (December 19/20). The Bundesliga season will resume after the winter break on January 12, with BVB facing newly promoted side SV Darmstadt 98 away from home.
BVB will also square off against SV Darmstadt 98 on the final day of the 2023/24 Bundesliga season.
