Borussia Dortmund will face VfL Bochum this weekend as they look to make it two wins out of two to start their Bundesliga campaign.

The first Ruhr Derby of the 2023/24 season is here, and it will see Borussia Dortmund make the short trip to the Vonovia Ruhrstadion to take on VfL Bochum. The Black and Yellows will look to deliver a much improved performance on Saturday, and they will certainly fancy their chances against a Bochum side that has endured a rough start to the new season.

Borussia Dortmund could welcome Karim Adeyemi back into the starting XI after he made his return to action off the bench last weekend. Felix Nmecha could also be in contention, with Marco Reus expected to drop to the bench.

Donyell Malen scored the winning goal for Borussia Dortmund last weekend, and Edin Terzic will be counting on the in-form Dutchman to deliver the goods once again. Sebastien Haller will also look to open his Bundesliga account for the season on Saturday,

Borussia Dortmund will also enjoy a reunion with Felix Passlack, who spent 11 years with the club before joining VfL Bochum on a free transfer in the summer.
