Borussia Dortmund player ratings from 1-1 draw vs Bochum
By Tushar Bahl
Marius Wolf (4/10)
Wolf had a difficult start to the game and his defending in the build-up to the opening goal certainly didn’t do him or the team any favours. Things did not get any better for him, as he struggled in defence and failed to offer anything going forward.
Nico Schlotterbeck (6/10)
Schlotterbeck had a free header late in the first half but failed to find the target from close range. Defensively, he was on full alert for the most part and worked hard to prevent things from getting worse.
Mats Hummels (6/10)
Hummels struggled with the pace of the Bochum forwards on the counter-attack early on, but responded well with clever positioning and some crunching tackles. He was taken off at half-time due to a reported back issue.
Ramy Bensebaini (5/10)
Bensebaini once again had a decent game defensively. But he was simply a non-factor going forward. The Algerian international will need to step up his intensity in attack if he is to succeed at Borussia Dortmund.
