Julian Brandt (6/10)

Brandt set up Haller’s chance early on and also delivered some dangerous set-pieces in the first-half. His efficiency took a hit in the final 30 minutes of the game. But before that, he set up Donyell Malen’s goal and also created more chances than any of his teammates.

Donyell Malen (6/10)

Malen continued his fine run of form by finding the back of the net for Borussia Dortmund. Although Manuel Riemann should have easily saved his shot. Other than that, the Dutchman had a relatively quiet game.

Sebastien Haller (6/10)

Haller had Borussia Dortmund’s first chance of the game but his header was really well saved. He also helped create Nmecha’s chance in the second half, but had another quiet game other than that as his teammates struggled to get him involved.

Niklas Süle (6/10)

Süle came on at half-time to replace Mats Hummels and managed to keep Bochum at bay for the most part.
