A second half winner from Marco Reus helped Borussia Dortmund return to winning ways, as they beat Wolfsburg 1-0.
Borussia Dortmund managed to see off the challenge of Wolfsburg, with a second half goal from Marco Reus proving to be the difference between the two teams. The Black and Yellows created the better chances and were good value for the three points, even if the performance once again showed that they are far from the finished article.
Edin Terzic will know that tougher tests lie ahead for his side, and improvements are needed if Borussia Dortmund are to challenge for the Bundesliga title this season. But he will take some positives from this win over Wolfsburg, especially the performances of Jamie Bynoe-Gittens and Salih Özcan.

Kobel wasn’t tested much, with Wolfsburg struggling to find much of an attacking rhythm. But he still came up with a key save to deny Tiago Tomás in the first-half. The Switzerland international was attentive and solid on his first start as BVB captain.
