Borussia Dortmund are considering bringing Jadon Sancho back to the club, amid his recent struggles and suspension at Manchester United.

Jadon Sancho has been banished from the first-team at Manchester United, with reports in England claiming that the winger will not play for the club again unless he apologises to manager Erik ten Hag and the rest of the squad.

Borussia Dortmund are said to be monitoring Sancho’s situation at Manchester United. And SportBILD are claiming that the BVB bosses are even considering bringing him back to the club in January. Signing the 23 year old on an initial loan deal would be the ideal scenario for the Black and Yellows.

But according to the magazine, Manchester United do not want to loan Sancho out and would prefer to sell him. They have set an asking price in the region of 60 million euros for Sancho. That would put him well out of Borussia Dortmund’s price range. It is currently unclear whether BVB would have any money to spend on new players in the January transfer window.

Jadon Sancho scored 50 goals and assisted a further 64 assists in just 137 appearances for Borussia Dortmund before joining Manchester United in 2021 for a big money fee. He has found success hard to come by in the English Premier League, and now his future at Manchester United looks very bleak. Whether a return to BVB is actually on the cards, only time will tell.

Sancho was also linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League earlier this month, but nothing materialised in the end.
