Marco Reus (7/10)

Reus made it three goals in three Bundesliga games by appearing in the right place at the right time on the stroke of half-time. The goal came at a crucial time for Borussia Dortmund, who had been outplayed for the majority of the first-half. Reus looked lively on the pitch and put in another hard-working shift for the team.

Donyell Malen (7/10)

Malen caused the Hoffenheim defenders all sorts of problems in the first-half, with his work in the build-up to the second goal especially impressive. He wasn’t as effective after the break, but still managed to make his mark on the game.

Niclas Füllkrug (6/10)

Füllkrug opened his goalscoring account for Borussia Dortmund early on, but was kept quiet after that. He found it difficult to get involved in the game for the most part.
