Borussia Dortmund will be in UEFA Champions League action on Tuesday as they take on Newcastle United at the Westfalenstadion.

The Black and Yellows will be keen to avoid defeat against Newcastle United in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday as they look to keep their hopes of qualifying for the round of 16 on track.

Borussia Dortmund managed to claim a 1-0 win over the English Premier League side in the reverse fixture two weeks ago. And they will now hope to deliver another rearguard performance on Tuesday as they look to hold on to second place in Group F.

Newcastle United are in fine form heading into Tuesday’s game. But they are dealing with a bit of an injury crisis at the moment, with a number of key players sidelined, including Alexander Isak, Harvey Barnes, Dan Burn, and Sven Botman.

Borussia Dortmund fell to a 4-0 defeat at home to Bayern Munich on Saturday, and will hope for a quick return to form. Felix Nmecha, who scored the winner against Newcastle United two weeks ago, could return to the starting XI. It will be interesting to see how many changes Edin Terzic makes on Tuesday as he looks to get the goal-shy BVB back on track.
