Forwards: Marco Reus, Donyell Malen, Niclas Füllkrug
Edin Terzic has persisted with summer signing Niclas Füllkrug, with Youssoufa Moukoko and Sebastien Haller limited to a bench role. The Germany international will likely start up front once again on Saturday.
The likes of Gio Reyna and Jamie Bynoe-Gittens have also seen their playing time being restricted. However, that is unlikely to change this weekend if Terzic’s recent selection trends are anything to go by.
Marco Reus and Donyell Malen will likely be the first-choice options on Saturday, although Karim Adeyemi could also be in contention. The 21 year old was under the spotlight during the international break after rejecting a call-up to the Germany U-21s squad. And the pressure will be on him to make an impact in the coming weeks.
Reus has an excellent record against his former club, and will hope to find the back of the net once again on Saturday. While Malen will be desperate to end his scoring drought, having gone 11 games without a goal or an assist in a BVB shirt. Although he did get an assist for the Netherlands against Gibraltar recently.
