Marco Reus (7/10)

Reus had an eventful game, as he missed two big chances and also hit the crossbar with a brilliantly taken free-kick. In addition, he also showcased his excellent pressing ability and started a number of dangerous Borussia Dortmund counter-attacks.

Jamie Bynoe-Gittens (8/10)

Bynoe-Gittens helped spark the Borussia Dortmund comeback in the first-half with some very lively play from the left wing. He headed the ball into Füllkrug’s path for the equaliser, before finding the back of the net himself in the 45th minute to give BVB the lead. The highly rated winger should have also scored after the break. But it was a game-changing performance nonetheless, showing that he deserves more minutes in the team.

Niclas Füllkrug (7/10)

Füllkrug brought Borussia Dortmund back on level terms with an excellent finish. The Germany international struggled to get involved early on but the goal gave him confidence and he looked much sharper after that.

Gio Reyna (6/10)

Reyna had some very bright moments after coming on at half-time. His high pressing and intensity caused the tired Gladbach players a few problems, even if he wasn’t able to make the most of his openings in the final third.
