After Bayern Munich secured the Bundesliga title over the weekend, it is a period of reflection for Borussia Dortmund. There could be a roster overhaul in the summer, as Niko Kovac's side plans to close the gap on their long-term league rivals.

Players such as Niklas Süle, Julian Brandt, and Salih Özcan are all set to depart the club when their contracts expire at the end of the season. Here are five more players who could all leave Dortmund this summer.

5 players who Borussia Dortmund could send packing in the summer transfer window

1. Serhou Guirassy

Clubs should not keep players who want to leave. There have already been reports that Serhou Guirassy wants to depart the Signal Iduna Park. The striker would be a miss at Dortmund as he has scored 14 goals in 29 Bundesliga matches this season.

Dortmund could demand a big fee for Guirassy as he is contracted to the club until 2028. Some big clubs, such as AC Milan and Barcelona, are interested in the player. He has also been linked with Tottenham Hotspur, but he could only go there if they keep their Premier League status. There have also been rumors of a move to Fenerbahce, but Guirassy deserves to be playing in one of Europe's top five leagues.

Losing Guirassy would leave Dortmund short of options up front. However, a move for Fisnik Asllani of Hoffenheim could be on the cards.

2. Karim Adeyemi

Karim Adeyemi has been heavily linked with a move away from Borussia Dortmund this summer. Whilst he is a very talented player, he has often been used as a substitute by Kovac this season. The right-winger has also been played out of position in more central roles.

Paris Saint-Germain is reportedly interested in the player, so Dortmund could expect to make a big profit from selling him. The sale of Adeyemi could help the Black and Yellow fund a move to bring Jadon Sancho back to the club.

3. Emre Can

Due to multiple injuries, Emre Can has played just nine Bundesliga games this season. He has still managed three goals from center-back and is the club captain. However, Kovac may be looking at younger options ahead of the new season.

Can is now 32, and the player with Turkish heritage has been linked with multiple Super Lig clubs in the past. This summer, it could be time for Can to join a team such as Galatasaray, Besiktas, or Fenerbahce. His experience will be missed, but if Can cannot stay fit, then there is not much point in Dortmund keeping him.

4. Felix Nmecha

There has also been talk that Felix Nmecha could move away from Dortmund. He has been a mainstay in Kovac's midfield this campaign, playing 27 times, scoring twice, and making three assists.

Unfortunately, his season was cut short by a knee ligament injury. This could ruin any chances of a transfer this summer. The former Manchester City player has been linked with a return to the club. However, there is also reported interest from other Premier League clubs, including Manchester United, Chelsea, and Tottenham Hotspur.

5. Ramy Bensebaini

Ramy Bensebaini's form for Dortmund has been inconsistent this season. The center-back has often been left on the bench, rested, or missed games this campaign. However, he has still managed to play 20 Bundesliga games, where he has scored four goals and made an assist.

Dortmund's back line needs a revamp over the summer, and the 31-year-old could be one of the departures in the position. Galatasaray could be the next destination for the Algerian international. There has been talk that West Ham United's Dinos Mavropanos could replace Bensebaini in Dortmund's defense.
