Borussia Dortmund enter negotiations to sign German keeper Diant Ramaj from Ajax

The 23-year-old keeper would likely sign as a contingency should Gregor Kobel depart this summer.

BVB has reportedly entered the race to sign Diant Ramaj from Ajax before the transfer window closes. Dortmund hope to sign the young German and immediately loan him out to a Danish side where he can develop with regular first team minutes.

Ramaj is seen as a potential replacement for Gregor Kobel should the Swiss shot-stopper depart this summer. Negotiations are complicated as Ramaj has been included Ajax’s squad to face Feyenoord today.

It seems the most likely scenario will see Diant Ramaj join Borussia Dortmund with an immediate loan to Danish side Copenhagen. Concrete negotiations are currently ongoing.
