Just when we thought BVB might not sign anyone in this transfer window, today the rumor mill has been in full force, with fresh links to Rayan Cherki, Carnay Chukwuemeka, and most intensely, Daniel Svensson.

Patrick Berger reports Svensson has agreed personal terms with Borussia Dortmund, while other reports suggest Svensson has already boarded a plane to Germany, where he will presumably undergo a medical in Dortmund, after being spotted at the airport in Marbella.

Florian Plettenberg reports the deal for Svensson is in advanced stages, likely to be a loan or permanent transfer. While the details of the deal are yet to be finalized, the signature of the 22-year-old seems imminent.

If the deal is successful, then Borussia Dortmund can welcome a long overdue left-back into the squad.
