Borussia Dortmund 2-1 St. Pauli: Player ratings as Serhou Guirassy scores late winner

Gregor Kobel (6/10)

Kobel stood no chance with St. Pauli's goal but will feel fortunate that Morgan Guilavogui's first-half strike did not count due to a marginal offside call.

Julian Ryerson (6/10)

Ryerson was kept busy defensively and put in another hard-working shift for his side. He made little impact on the game going forward, but had a decent outing defensively.

Waldemar Anton (6/10)

Anton had a difficult start but gained his composure as the game went on. He was heavily involved on the ball and nearly reached 200 touches, while also getting stuck in for his side.

Nico Schlotterbeck (6/10)

Schlotterbeck was criticised for his performances before the international break. He was also solid at the back on Friday, and did not do much wrong. He also set up Julian Brandt with a fine cross that should have been turned into the net.

Ramy Bensebaini (7/10)

Bensebaini opened the scoring for Borussia Dortmund on the stroke of half-time with an excellent header. He also made a vital defensive contribution in the first-half, with his block preventing St. Pauli from pouncing on Emre Can's error.
