Maximilian Beier finally seems to be finding his footing at Borussia Dortmund and will hope to continue his fine run of form on Wednesday. Whether he plays up front or slightly out wide will depend on whether or not Serhou Guirassy can overcome his illness and play from the start.
Guirassy has been the difference maker for Borussia Dortmund time and again this season but has been dealing with an illness in recent days. If the towering striker is unable to play from the start on Wednesday, Donyell Malen could be in the starting XI instead.
Jamie Gittens has been in exceptional form in the Champions League this season and will likely retain his spot in the lineup. The winger is enjoying his breakthrough campaign and will be crucial for the team again on Wednesday.
