Dortmund midfielder Felix Nmecha had to leave the pitch earlier against Werder Bremen due to an injury concern, which has shown to be more serious than what was initially expected. BVB's number 8 will be out for several weeks after picking up a ligament injury, according to Patrick Berger.

RN initially published the news, but thankfully, it did not include any rupture in Felix's ligament. Still, the outfield player will be absent for an extended period since Dortmund's long injury crisis earlier this year.

Nmecha now joins Niklas Süle in the injury reserve and will be out already against FC Shakhtar Donetsk for the last match of the UEFA Champions League— League Phase. Dortmund needs to win at home on Wednesday and hopes for a combination of results to guarantee a spot in the top eight and a direct qualification for the round of 16.
