Jadon Sancho came back to Borussia Dortmund after leaving for a loan spell. However, he is mostly remembered for his first stint as a permanent winger for the club, where he set the world alight and gained acclaim not just from the Bundesliga but the England national team.

Jadon Sancho was signed from Manchester City in 2017 for a transfer fee of €20.59m - An incredibly large fee considering he was signed from the academy but alas, Dortmund saw a future star in the young Englishman. He then represented BVB for a respectable four years before being sold to Manchester United.

In 2021, Manchester United paid €85m to Borussia Dortmund for the services of Jadon Sancho. While his return to Manchester was not the most fruitful for Sancho, from Borussia Dortmund's perspective, selling him did generate a tidy €64.41m in profit.
