Jadon Sancho will seal a stunning return to Borussia Dortmund from Manchester United after the two clubs reached an agreement over a loan deal until the end of the season.

Borussia Dortmund are set to complete the signing of Jadon Sancho on a loan deal until the end of the season. According to BILD, the Black and Yellows have reached a breakthrough in negotiations and only minor details are left to be resolved before the loan move can be made official. The tabloid adds that the 23 year old will head to BVB's training camp in Marbella on Friday to sign on loan.

Sancho's return will come as a big boost for Borussia Dortmund, who had a difficult first half of the season and face a fight to qualify for next season's UEFA Champions League.

The Englishman has also endured a rough few months, having fallen out of favour at Manchester United in August after claiming that he was being made a scapegoat by head coach Erik ten Hag. Now, Sancho is set for a return to BVB where he will hope to rediscover the form that saw him become one of the most talented young forwards in the world.

It is currently unclear whether Borussia Dortmund will have a purchase option to sign Jadon Sancho on a permanent transfer at the end of the season. Reports have claimed that BVB will pay a fee of around three million euros to sign him on loan. Sancho scored 50 goals and assisted a further 64 during his first spell at BVB.
