A rather pedestrian and monotonous display gave way to more dropped points in the Bundesliga for Borussia Dortmund, as they were held to a 1-1 draw by FC Augsburg. The Black and Yellows were outplayed by the Bavarians for much of the game. And when they did find some urgency late on, they were let down by their poor finishing.

Augsburg had plenty of chances to put the game to bed, but failed to build on Ermedin Demirović's first-half opener. Donyell Malen scored the equaliser for Borussia Dortmund, but both sides were unable to make the most of their chances in the second-half.

The draw is another big setback for Borussia Dortmund, who have won just one of their last seven games in the Bundesliga. Here are our player ratings from BVB's 1-1 draw against FC Augsburg.

Gregor Kobel (7/10)

Borussia Dortmund once again needed Kobel to rescue them. He wasn't asked to produce anything spectacular as Augsburg were woeful in front of goal. But he still made some fine saves for his side.
