Emre Can (4/10)

The Borussia Dortmund captain had a tough time in midfield, as Augsburg were able to overpower him time and again. He found it difficult to cope with the home side's intensity, and was too passive in his approach play as a result.

Julian Brandt (7/10)

Brandt made a slow start and forgot his defensive duties at times in the first-half. But he found his footing eventually and was running the show towards the closing stages. The playmaker was unlucky not to end the game with an assist, as he set up a number of really good chances for his teammates.

Marco Reus (4/10)

Things did not begin well for Marco Reus, who missed a golden chance to give Borussia Dortmund the lead in the first-half. His afternoon did not get any better, as he cut a frustrated figure before being replaced by Gio Reyna.
