Marco Reus (5/10)

Reus wasn't able to provide the spark Borussia Dortmund needed in attack. But he still put in the hard yards and helped out defensively time and time again, making some vital recoveries for his side.

Jamie Bynoe-Gittens (5/10)

Bynoe-Gittens had some decent moments on the counter-attack and even went through on goal in the second-half. But his decision making in the final third wasn't the best, and he failed to build on his impressive recent performances.

Niclas Füllkrug (6/10)

Füllkrug will have felt that he was at Werder Bremen again with the way Borussia Dortmund played against Leverkusen. But the striker showed his throwback qualities by setting up the opening goal with some excellent hold-up play. He worked hard for his side, but will feel that he should have done better with his late header.

Antonios Papadopoulos (7/10)

Papadopoulos did a fairly decent job all things considered after replacing the injured Schlotterbeck in the second-half. He looked confident on the ball and fought hard for the team without making any major careless errors.

Karim Adeyemi (4/10)

Adeyemi will feel that he should have made it 2-0 for Borussia Dortmund after coming on. He also got brushed aside far too easily in the lead-up to the equaliser.

Thomas Meunier (N/R)
