Mats Hummels was the difference-maker on both ends of the pitch as Borussia Dortmund pulled off a stunning upset against PSG to book their place in the UEFA Champions League final.
Borussia Dortmund's miraculous UEFA Champions League run continues! The Black and Yellows are through to the final of Europe's premier club competition for the first time in 11 years. And it was more inspired defending that helped them upset PSG in the semifinals.

PSG gave it their all in search of a route back into the game, but were unable to find a way past the BVB defence.
Here are our player ratings from Borussia Dortmund's 1-0 win over PSG in the second leg of their Champions League semifinal.
