Borussia Dortmund player ratings vs PSG as Jadon Sancho, Mats Hummels shine in vital 1-0 win
By Tushar Bahl
Emre Can (6/10)
Can did a solid job of shielding the back four, but still had some moments where he tried to do too much and lost possession of the ball. But he stuck to his task after the break and helped his side claim a vital clean-sheet in the end.
Marcel Sabitzer (7/10)
Playing as the second striker, Sabitzer found himself in space inside the box on a number of occasions. He did not make the most of his chances in the first-half, but still looked lively all game long.
Julian Brandt (7/10)
Brandt ran the show in midfield for Borussia Dortmund, spraying passes left, right and centre. The playmaker was always looking to make things happen and helped create a number of dangerous opportunities for his teammates. The only slight with his game was that his finishing wasn't clinical enough.
