Borussia Dortmund predicted lineup for Champions League opener against Club Brugge

DM: Emre Can - After being left out of the starting XI for the Heidenheim game, Can could make his return vs Club Brugge. The Borussia Dortmund captain will be determined to show a good account of himself against the Belgian giants amid continuing criticism of his recent performances.
CM: Pascal Groß - It will be interesting to see what midfield combination Nuri Sahin decides to field on Wednesday. Groß has made a fine start to life at BVB, but could be given a rest on Wednesday. Felix Nmecha and Marcel Sabitzer are the other candidates for a spot in the line-up.
AM: Julian Brandt - Borussia Dortmund's reliable playmaker got his first assist of the season on Friday. He will hope to set the tone once again on Wednesday against a Club Brugge side that will likely sit deep.
