4. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (15 goals)
The Gabon international scored the same number of goals as Erling Haaland, but it took him more matches to do so. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was flamboyant to say the least, as he always made the headlines during his time with Borussia Dortmund, for better or for worse.
Aubameyang was a lot of things and a reliable goal-scorer was certainly one of them. In the Champions League, Auba scored an impressive 15 goals during his five-year Borussia Dortmund stint. Although he has played for many clubs in his career, he is most remembered for his time with Dortmund.
Much like Reus, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang may go down as one of the best players to never win the Champions League. However, he will be written into BVB folklore for eternity for scoring a hat-trick against Benfica, sending the Black and Yellows into the quarterfinals of the competition.
