The focus will be on Borussia Dortmund's misfiring attack as they take on the reeling TSG Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga this weekend.

Borussia Dortmund go into Sunday's game against Hoffenheim on the back of two straight draws. Edin Terzic's side will be expected to get the three points this weekend, with their opponents in the midst of an eight-game winless streak. It will be easier said than done, though, as BVB have often struggled to look like a cohesive unit in attack this season.

The Black and Yellows' lack of attacking vigor was evident both last weekend against Wolfsburg, and during Tuesday's draw against PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League. It will be interesting to see if Terzic decides to opt for a more attack-minded approach against Hoffenheim, something that worked to great effect when the two sides faced off in the DFB-Pokal earlier this season.

Borussia Dortmund will again be without Felix Nmecha and Sebastien Haller on Sunday. While Gregor Kobel is sidelined due to muscular problems. There are question marks over the availability of Niklas Süle (illness) as well. But Karim Adeyemi could make his return to the squad.

Hoffenheim made an excellent start to the season, but things have since fallen by the wayside. Winless since December, Hoffenheim will hope that the likes of Maximilian Beier, Wout Weghorst, and Robert Skov can find their form again soon.

Pellegrino Matarazzo's side will be without the injured Grischa Prömel on Sunday, while Stanley Nsoki is also sidelined through suspension. Mergim Berisha and Marco John will also miss the trip to Dortmund.
