Jadon Sancho's second stint at Borussia Dortmund looks set to come to an end this summer, with the forward increasingly likely to return to Manchester United.

Borussia Dortmund brought Jadon Sancho back to the club on a spectacular loan deal in January, and the 24 year old played a key role in their run to the Champions League final. The Wembley showpiece event against Real Madrid could well have been his final game for the club, with SportBILD reporting that a stay at BVB appears to be increasingly unlikely.

According to the magazine, Borussia Dortmund will not be able to afford a permanent move for Sancho this summer. And while the BVB bosses are open to signing him on another loan deal, it is unlikely that Manchester United would be willing to entertain that offer.

Sancho was suspended from the Manchester United first-team before moving to Borussia Dortmund on loan. The Englishman found his groove again with the Black and Yellows, and showed glimpses of his sublime quality over the course of the loan spell.

Sancho has always stated that he is happy at Borussia Dortmund. But it is expected that Manchester United will look to sell him this summer, and the asking price is likely to be too much for BVB.

A busy summer likely awaits Borussia Dortmund, with a new centre-back, a left-back, and a striker likely to be the priorities. If the Black and Yellows are unable to afford a move for Jadon Sancho, they could look to bolster their attacking ranks with Chris Führich or Brajan Gruda instead.
