Maximilian Beier prefers Borussia Dortmund over Chelsea, Bayer Leverkusen

Borussia Dortmund target Maximilian Beier reportedly wants to join Nuri Sahin's side over the likes of Bayer Leverkusen, Aston Villa, and Chelsea.
With Niclas Füllkrug joining West Ham United, Borussia Dortmund are looking to sign a new striker to link up with Serhou Guirassy up front. Maximilian Beier is on top of the Black and Yellows' list of targets. And it is increasingly likely that BVB will fend off competition from the likes of Bayer Leverkusen, Chelsea, and Aston Villa to sign the Germany international.
Several big clubs have shown interest in Maximilian Beier
According to Sky Sport, Beier wants to join Borussia Dortmund and has been told by those in charge that he would be a regular player in the team. A transfer fee in the region of 25-30 million euros should be enough to reach an agreement with Hoffenheim. And while talks between the two clubs have not taken place as of yet, everything points to an agreement being reached swiftly.
Beier enjoyed a breakthough campaign in the Bundesliga last season, and scored 16 goals in 33 appearances for Hoffenheim. He also made the Germany squad for this summer's European Championship.
There are still three years left on Beier's current contract with Hoffenheim, but Borussia Dortmund will hope to win the race for his signature this summer. Primarily a striker, Beier is also capable of playing in a number of different attacking roles. And if the move goes through, he could prove to be a very exciting signing for BVB.
