Expected Borussia Dortmund lineup vs Heidenheim
GK: Gregor Kobel - Borussia Dortmund are yet to concede a goal after two Bundesliga matches. With Kobel in goal, they will hope to keep that streak going on matchday three as well.
RB: Julian Ryerson - The Norwegian is expected to keep his place at right-back. With Yan Couto also competing for this position, Ryerson has to put on top performances to retain his spot in the team.
CB: Waldemar Anton - The new man at the back has already become a regular in the starting XI and is expected to keep his place. The burden of leading the back-line will rest on his shoulders with Schlotterbeck out of this team.
CB: Niclas Süle - Sahin has praised Süle’s performance against Eintracht Frankfurt and stated there is still room for improvement when it comes to what he saw in Bremen. The coming games will be key for Süle as he looks to cement his place in the BVB XI.
LB: Ramy Bensebaini - The Algerian is expected to return to the starting line-up, replacing Schlotterbeck in the left-back/left centre-back role. Sahin has stated that they have been working to help Bensebaini return to his best form.
