Predicted Borussia Dortmund lineup for PSG clash
By Brook Genene
Defenders: Niklas Süle, Mats Hummels, Nico Schlotterbeck, Ramy Bensebaini
Borussia Dortmund have a litany of injury problems in defence ahead of the game, with Thomas Meunier not eligible, Julian Ryerson injured, and Marius Wolf also a doubt. If Wolf cannot recover in time, Niklas Süle will line up at right-back. There has been media talk recently about Süle not being happy with his role in the team. So he will be keen to make a big impact against PSG.
Following his red card against Leipzig, Mats Hummels will be keen to show a good account of himself on the Champions League group stage. It is likely that he will retain his spot at centre-back. Nico Schlotterbeck is set to start once again in central defence.
Ramy Bensebaini, who scored an own goal at the weekend, has had a difficult start to his Borussia Dortmund career. He is the only available left-back in the squad right now, though, and will start on Wednesday against PSG.
