Summer exit likely for Borussia Dortmund youngster

Young Borussia Dortmund centre-back Soumaila Coulibaly is free to leave the club after failing to make his mark in the first-team.
Soumaila Coulibaly joined Borussia Dortmund in 2019 on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain, but has been limited to just two competitive first-team appearances for the club. The 20 year old spent the last season out on loan at Royal Antwerp, but the Belgian club decided against turning his loan signing into a permanent one.
Coulibaly is now back at Borussia Dortmund and is currently training with the first-team. He also featured in the pre-season friendly match against DEW-21 last week, but his future seemingly lies away from BVB.
Soumaila Coulibaly free to leave Borussia Dortmund this summer
According to Ruhr Nachrichten, Borussia Dortmund and Coulibaly are in agreement that the French youth international's future lies away from the club. The BVB bosses are ready to sell the centre-back this summer, but are hoping for a fee in eight-digit region. Whether they will be able to receive that kind of fee still remains to be seen.
The newspaper adds that clubs from England, Spain, France, and Italy are showing interest in signing Soumaila Coulibaly, who came ever so close to joining Burnley on a permanent transfer last summer. But the transfer collapsed right at the end, and Coulibaly ended up moving to Royal Antwerp on loan. While he featured regularly during the first half of the season, he lost his spot in the team following the turn of the year.
