Match Predictions

It's hard to predict anything in a match that features a U19 coach who has been put in a difficult position to give some hope to a very passionate fanbase. As much as I believe Tullberg will not take many risks, this game is also a chance for him to print his signature on the team, giving young players a chance. Since he knows this starship of talent way too well from their youth football days, I predict Kjell Wätjen will have his first shot to start in a Bundesliga match this season. Gio will be at the initial XI as well.
Besides the youngster, the team's core will be kept, while I believe the Dane will test a 4-2-3-1 with two wingers, as it is a common practice at the U19s. Gittens and Adeyemi will have the opportunity to shine a two to break Bremen's physically strong and structured back-5 defensive line. While Bremen will be expected to defend in low blocks and explore counters and set pieces, BVB will need to be the protagonists, which is something that they have not been good at recently.
It will be fun to see how the players react to Sahin's absence and how they behave in front of the fans, who immediately need to be given a reason to believe again.
