Heidenheim is a scrappy team that can become deadly during counter-attacks. They’re also a relegation-threatened team, which is something Dortmund has struggled with in recent history. I expect this match to be physical and the crowd to be loud despite Heidenheim’s small stadium.

The win against Shakthar seems to have inspired some confidence within Dortmund’s squad, and Mike Tullberg’s tactics have brought much more stability to several of this team’s key players. I think it will be hard-fought, but Dortmund will ride the momentum of their Champions League win and deliver us a Bundesliga victory against Heidenheim, 3-1.
