Shakhtar Donetsk might not be the favorite team to win the UEFA Champions League, but they’re a tenacious team with a storied history. I expect them to cede possession at times in favor of a strong defense and quick counter-attacks. 

Mike Tullberg’s Dortmund, on the other hand, needs a win for more than just the competition. BVB will likely concede a goal or two, but if the leaders of this team are able to find some stability in Tullberg’s system, then we might just see a win. I expect this match will come down to Dortmund’s collective creativity in attack. This prediction might be optimistic, but I think the Black-and-Yellows will pull off the win, 3-1.
