Keny Arroyo (18, LW, Independiente Del Valle):

The second winger on this list also comes from familiar grounds for Borussia Dortmund. Keny Arroyo is another gem from the Independiente del Valle Academy, the same academy that brought up Justin Lerma to the professional game. The left-winger has become a regular starter in Ecuador and has impressed, contributing four goals and six assists across 38 games this season.

His primary skillsets are his speed, dribbling, and technique. His left foot is quite impressive, and he is able to play on both wings and as an attacking midfielder as well. According to Data MB, Keny is the 3rd under-18 player with the most shot assists in the world, only behind Estevão and Kendry Páez.

As estimated by Transfermarkt, Keny's market value is less than one million euros. However, Dortmund needs to act fast, as the young Ecuadorian talent will undoubtedly be worth more money, and there will likely be competition for his signature.
