Not everyone's cup of tea, but I am a big fan. Versatile positionally, usually operating as an 8 or 10, but has the skillset to be a makeshift winger. A talented player who glides with the ball; his close control is superb, and his body manipulation, along with his low centre of gravity, makes him an extremely silky carrier who skips past challenges.

He links up well with others around him and shows some nice passing variety and range as well. He often drifts and finds himself influencing the game in a variety of areas: deeper, wider, and more advanced. He's a nice crosser, especially his curling outswinger from deep right, which is always challenging for the goalkeeper to deal with. Another who works hard out-of-possession, covers ground and closes down sharply.

Shows too much reliance on blindside tackles/presses and explosive, unexpected interceptions, clearly due to his physicality being lesser than most midfielders. Loans could be vital to this development, especially squads that will have him in high-volume involvement. Unsure whether he will break through at Dortmund, but I wanted to show my appreciation towards him.
