Previous Meeting: Borussia Dortmund 4-0 Bayer Leverkusen

Borussia Dortmund enjoyed an emphatic 4-0 win the last time these two sides met. Coming into the game after a humiliating 3-1 defeat to Union Berlin, Borussia Dortmund showed their real quality with a superb counter attacking display that blew Leverkusen away.

Paco Alcacer scored the opener in the first half after getting on the end of Achraf Hakimi’s cross. Quick-fire second half goals Marco Reus (x2) and Raphael Guerreiro then helped Borussia Dortmund put the icing on the cake and seal a dominant win.
